- A customer makes an order via your web site's order form,
- The credit card details the customer entered are sent to the financial
processor using your merchant account details (provided by Worldpay),
- The customer receives a report back as to whether the credit card was
"authorized" or "declined" and your merchant account has a transaction entered into it
- The transaction is processed by the credit card company.
- The funds are then transferred to your NatWest UK account.
- The funds are then transferred to your local bank account.

It's a quick and easy process to apply. Just follow the 3 simple steps below:
1. Access and complete the online Application form from the Reliaval website. The WorldPay system will send you immediate notification as to whether your application has been provisionally approved.
2. If you are approved, you are requested to pay your first annual fee of US$180.00 (NZ$395.00) Payment is taken online using a recognised credit card.
3. Once the online payment has been submitted, you will be automatically directed to a secure web site, where you are presented with the documents required. You need to complete and post these documents to WorldPay. If successful, WorldPay issues you with a Merchant ID, so you can start trading immediately. Should you be able to provide all the required documentation this process can take just 48 hours.
